Hi Experts,
My scenario is IDOC to File, recently we are getting the below message mapping error. Till now it worked fine with no errors, there were no changes in the mapping for last few years, recently we had a Support Packs update.
RuntimeException in Message-Mapping transformation: Exception:[com.sap.aii.mappingtool.tf3.IllegalInstanceException: Function formatByExample: Queues have not equal number of values.] in class com.sap.aii.mappingtool.flib3.NodeFunctions method formatByExample
It worked fine before, after the SP updates for XI we are facing this error. I checked the previous successfully processed payload in IR mapping test TAB, and can see the same error.
Is there any relation of the Support packs update to this error. Please pass on your views on this. Thanks!!
regards,
Srikanth V
Hi,
Please check the Cache Notification Status in RWB--> Cache monitoring.
Also, check the SXI_CACHE status.

Which SP did you install?

Hi Srikanth,
This not at all related to the SP updation. Check the history of the mapping. Ensure nothing is changed.
After testing in the message mapping, check the display queue. You would be able to find the issue.
Additionally, check this blog:
