Ref.Division Assignment - Allowed Sales Documents in Sales Area. - Problem

Dear Gurus,

I have created the following organizational structure:

C.Code: CMPC

Dist.Channel 98

Division: ZD

All those elements are assigned correctly and the following sales area has been created: CMPC/98/ZD

Now, before allowing Sales Documents into that Sales Area, I have created:

- Ref. Company Code - CMPC - CMPC

- Ref. Dist.Channel: 98 - 98

- BUT, when I want to create the same for a division the system prompts me with the following message of error:

"Referenced Sales Organisation 1000 and division do not exist"

1- What does that mean?

2- How can I address the issue?

hi,

this is to inform you that,

CMPC is this sales organisation or company code.

if it is company code then create a sales organization

1.a. check the sales organisation and division assignment

2- How can I address the issue?

2.a. if not please assign it. and delete unwanted assignments also because its evident that you have copied sales organisation from 1000.

do it and check it.

Just assign your Division ZD to Cross Division in VOR2. Then try to create sale order.
