Add extra search field in extended search

Hi all,

Is it possible to add an extra search field in the extended search for old purchase orders and templates? F.x. I want to be able to search old POs by vendor?

If this is possible, what should be done?

Hi,

The notes mentioned by Dinesh explain the various search structures whcih can be enhanced to include the new custom fields.You can specifically sesrch for the "old purchase orders and templates".

Hi ,

Log onto service.sap.com..You will need an SAP Login for that....There you can find the OSS notes inn "NOTES SEARCH".
