IDOC is not reaching SAP from XI

Hi all,

The IDOC that I'm sending from XI is not reaching SAP.

I have tried all most all possibilies. In SXMB_MONI I'm able to see the IDOC gets created successfully (with no error).

I have re-checked the partner profile, SMQ1, Config etc.

Please help me to debug.

Thanks,

AJ.

Bhavesh, that's what I said, XI looks pretty fine in terms of message processing (both inbound and outbound is checked) and SM58 in XI says the same story as "nothing was selected".

Vijaya, there is not entry in IDX5.

AJ,

That sounds strange... If there is no error in the Outbound Side and no entry in Sm58 , then XI has processed and sent the IDOC successfully.

Suggest you relook into the R3 system. Check if the timestamp in we02 is an issue

Hi,

IF there is no Idoc in IDX5 then there is no IDoc created to be sent.

Please can you check payload data and see that IDoc structure is created properly.

Hi,

Please can you check in IDX5 is there an Outbound IDoc created.

If yes then please check the control record data?

AJ,

Check for Chequred flag in both sides of your Message in XI and not in R3 system. Also, check SM58 in XI.

Hi AJ,

Pls do check SM58 transaction of your XI server to see whether the messages are struck there. Also check the RFC destination and the port defined are working properly. In the RFC desination pls do check the remote connection to R/3 system is working fine from your RFC destination.

Cheers

JK

AJ,

Check if you have a chequered flag on both sides of your message ibn SXMB_MONI?

Check the log of your TRFC in transaction SM58

Bhavesh
