Regarding group deliveries

Can we do Grouping together of deliveries for which transportation needs to be organized ?

yes, its possible.

though we have not done as yet.

Still, for conifirmation you can check in Deliveries pop up box while creating shipment doc in VT01N.Here you can find the field in selection criteria as "Group delivery".

Once you group the delievery, then wrt: to this you can create shipment docs.

if it is not sales order delivery groups then certian it will be transprotation i think you will add the will add certian deliveries in shipment VT01N.

basing on transportation group you can create shipment for deliveries
