Shopping cart Approval workitem remains in approvers inbox- n step badi

Hi All,

I implemented startdard workflow WS14000133 in SRM. I populated the approvers table in badi BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI.

I then created a shopping cart and the shopping cart goes onto the correct approvers. That all works fine.

When the approver chooses to approve the sc, it shows a message u2018Action <Approve> performed successfullyu2019.

However the workitem still remains in the approvers inbox after approval. (TS10008126) . The task is set to general.

Is there a setting in config that Iu2019m missing?

What do you see in the workflow log? is the WF completed for the SC?.

Hi,

No the workflow is not completed.

I click on approve and get the message Action <Approve> performed successfully

However the workitem remains in my inbox. I have the authorisation BBP_WFL_SECURITY.

I go into swi1 and nothing happens there as well. The workflow logs shows that the workitem has been recieved by the correct approvers. However nothing happens when they approve.
