Requisitioner creates a Shopping cart with the a valid Pcard. Shopping cart is the ready to be sourced. Randomly Buyer gets an error: "User does not have a valid PCard (Item XXX)". Why is that as a PCard is valid? We are not able to reproduce that in any of our testing environment. Any help is appreciated. We traced the call but didn't get anything. When user contacted us- she tried sourcing the shopping cart and she got the error then we put a traced and same exact shopping cart sourced with no issues. Why is that?

Pcard checked. It is a valid card. Shopping card is not changed. Sometimes it just doesn't work. We have couple of Requisitioners and two Buyers and sometimes it just doesn't work. Then buyer has to keep on trying to source the shopping cart, every couple of hours and they need to order then they have to switch the card to the buyers card and PO can be created. But the point is that PO should be created with the requisitioner's Pcard.
