I have similar problem, i have the following runtime error:

The following syntax error occurred in program

"CL_OCS_RT_ANALYSIS============CP " in include

"CL_OCS_RT_ANALYSIS============CM002 " in

line 13:

"Type "OCSRT_TOOL" is unknown"

" "

I have create OSS-message and SAP reply;s:

Regarding your issue, please transport the class CL_OCS_RT_ANALYSIS

from other system in the landscape which is on the same release and

support package level and with the SPAM\SAINT update version as the

PRD system to the PRD system to resolve the syntax error.

Once the syntax error is resolved in the PRD the SPAM\SAINT update can

be continued in the SPAM to import the SPAM\SAINT update in the system.

For more information please refer the link specified below for

including the objects manually in the transport request.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/57/38e2864eb711d182bf0000e829fbfe/content.htm

I looked to the url, but still not understanding how to add it...can someone explain me how to export it?

Thanks,
Cheung

Hi Cheung,

Please follow below steps on the other system where below object is available or the spam patch you already applied.

1) se01 select workbench request

2) delete the subtask (child request)

3) select the parent request & click on include object button

4) select "freely selected object"

5) click on selected object

6) click on R3TR - CLASS - & type above class i.e - CL_OCS_RT_ANALYSIS it should look like below

R3TR - CLASS -CL_OCS_RT_ANALYSIS

7) then click on ok (execute button)

😎 your request is ready to have above class object now release the request and copy cofiles/datafile from os then go to the system in which you are getting SPAM error and import the request from STMS_IMPORT

hope this will help.

Cheers,

Mirza

Thanks Baig Mirza,

i have follow your steps but in step:

😎 your request is ready to have above class object now release the request and copy cofiles/datafile from os then go to the system in which you are getting SPAM error and import the request from STMS_IMPORT

i can't see the request-file in cofiles and datafile

Hi,

It may be because you have not selected target system before releasing transport request which means your request is released as a local request which will not have cofile/datafile.

Is this a standalone system from where you are creating request if yes then create a virtual system in stms then try to follow all the above steps.

Cheers,

Mirza

Hi Mirza, when we have create a transport-file, the transportnumber already exist in the system with the spam-error.

Because SAP create automatically the transportnumber, is its possible to change it manually..

Below is the short Dump meesage about How To Solve The Error

How to correct the error

Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.

-

If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error

notification to SAP, include the following information:

1. The description of the current problem (short dump)

To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

2. Corresponding system log

Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.

Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes

after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File

(Unconverted)".

3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP

program: The source code of the program

In the editor, choose "Utilities->More

Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".

4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which

actions and input led to the error.

Execute transaction SE38

Enter the program CL_OCS_RT_ANALYSIS============CM002

Display the source code .

Search for the term RTA_TRAFO

Double click the word RTA_TRAFO in the source code .

It will take you to the transformation RTA_TRAFO.

Try activating it .

Then restart patching the SPAM.

Hi,

I've seen a problem before in the forum regarding errors with this patch - not sure whether this is the same problem you're having but it may be worth a look.
