SAP IDES BI 7.0 System

Dear Gurus,

Our scenario , We've SAP ECC IDES system and we need SAP BI 7.0 IDES system.

We want to run install SAP BI 7.0 IDES system and connect it with SAP ECC IDES system . So my question is .

1.What version do I need to download ?

2.Where do I download ? is it free ? or SAP gives it free if we're their partners / customers ?.

3.Do I as a SAP BI resource have to perform this task or should I tell the SAP Basis resource to do this.

I have a system with 500GB HDD and 4GB ram. Can any one help me how to install sap BI 7.0 IDES.What are the steps I need to follow.Please tell me the procedure from the beginning .As I am beginner to sap.
