I had 10 unresolved questions so I had to close 1 before posting another one.
finally one of my wishes that I could close questions without having to mark them answered waas fullfilled so I used the button close but unanswered. after closing down 2 questions this way I was still not able to raise a new question so I had to mark an unsanswered question as answered again to raise a new question
hopefully this tiny flaw can be restored
kind regards

So, much like in real life and the cruel world, you have 10 chances to attempt the impossible before SCN pulls a Merv Grazinki on you...
Actually even moderators cannot change the status of the thread once set to "Closed but unanswered" - so it really is a lockout and the only solution would be to completely delete the thread (with all attempts to answer it and discussions about the merits being lost as well).
Life is hard!

Merv Grazinki ?
you mean this guy ?
7. And the winner is:
Mr Merv Grazinski of Oklahoma City.
In November 2000 Mr Grazinski purchased a brand new 32 foot
Winnebago motor home. On his first trip home, having joined
the freeway, he set the cruise control at 70 mph and calmly
left the drivers seat to go into the back and make himself
a cup of coffee. Not surprisingly the Winnie left the
freeway, crashed and overturned. Mr Grazinski sued Winnebago
for not advising him in the handbook that he couldn't actually
do this. He was awarded $1,750,000 plus a new Winnie. (Winnebago
actually changed their handbooks on the back of this court
case, just in case there are any other complete morons
buying their vehicles.)
does it mean that if I close down another 8 stupid questions that cant be answered that I may sue SCN for a lot of money since I didn't know that I may not ask questions that cannot be answered ?
This one gave me a good laugh.
I own a Coachman (competitor brand of WB) and it has cruise control.
Many a time I have been tempted to activate it so I could go take a nap while the thing drives itself since I can't convince my wife or full grown children to take over the driving chores.
If you find the cruise control button for the forums, let me know.
