add fields to field catalogue

Hi all,

first of all : I'm just starting with floorplan manager, please forgive me if I ask dumb questions

I'm trying to add some extra fields to the field catalogue. To do this, we added an include to structure TDS_ITEM_COMV, but it doesn 't show in the field catalogue.

We debugged the method get_definition and it seems that the method get_components from class cl_abap_structdescr dioes not include these fields.

What am I doing wrong ?

Hi,

have you tried GET_INCLUDED_VIEW method. Which returns the components in the include.
