We need to introduce control on Billing documents printing. Only one time printing "Billing Document Output type RD00" should be allowed for end users. However, department head should be in a position to take multiple printouts.
Take help from abaper for developing in invoice print program for restrict multii prints from one invoice no and specific to plant and company code,accordingly user requriemtn manage one ztable. call it in your print invoice program,
Thanks for this valuable suggestion, we are in the same process since from 2 days i have created one ztable with the fields company code,plant,user name and number.In Driver program we are comparing the number of rows of the nast table with
ztable number field if its exceded then its restructing.
