Hello Experts,
Both Process and Approve step does the same operations.
But i can see in approve step you have 'iteration threshold' 'split job'.
Is this the major difference or is there anything more in how they react!!!!
Can anyone take some time in answering my question.

Hi Eva,
the main difference is that an approver needs to explicitly approve records by marking them accordingly. Like this you can make sure, that an approver does not simply send the workflow to the next step without checking the records first. Not approved records can then be sent back to the previous step, which is not possible if you use a Process step. Here you can split the workflow in order to send on approved records.
