All configured Enterprise manager are offline

Hi Exports,

I had installed the Wily EM in the managing system and Agent in managed system as well as SMD and smdagent in all the system. At OS level i could find the Wily EM is running but while configuring with set-up wizard it's giving the following error.

Setup Exception: Empty or no Wily EM host retrieved from secured global config! Going on with "localhost".

Setup Exception: No Wily EM port was passed by SetupWizard! Going on with port 6001 instead.

Created destination DEP_JC00_server0

Created action DEP|ephdev_DEP_00 - SapStartSrv_ephdev_DEP_00

Retrieving list of Enterprise Managers failed: All configured Enterprise Managers are offline - check configuration.

infact in "IntroscopeAgent.profile" i had also change the localhost to Ip address. Wlile looking for EM in configuration wizard i couldn't find any.

My agent are working fine, is there any way i could make the Enterprise Manager to online

Hello,

Please check SAP Note 1274287 - End-to-End Diagnostics 7.0 EHP1 SP18 to SP25 and ensure you have met the prerequsites.

This error is seen if you are on Introscope 7.x and upgrade to SP19 or higher.

You can also try it again.

SMD -> Diagnostics Setup -> Diagnostics System -> Setup Wizard

Check the EM information and maintain it again.The port should be 6001.

Click 'Next' then run the seup wizard again. Check again the EM status.

Hi,

Check the thread : (Try the steps mentioned by Sasha)

If still issue persists, uninstall and install it again , enter the correct host,port , user and password for wily enterpirse manager in solman_setup wizard. Check the notes Note 1273028 - Introscope 8 Release Notes & Note 797147 - Wily Introscope Installation for SAP Customers. .
