Inquiry Status

Hi,

I would like to know what I should customize in order to change the inquiry status from "A - Not yet processed" to "C - Completely processed" automatically once a quotation has been created in reference to the inquiry.

Hi

In VOV7

Completion rule: [] Not relevant for completion

(It is for quotations and contract items). We can specify that a quotation is complete only after its quantity has been

fully referenced by subsequent document.

Dependencies: In copy control sales document to sales document, check update document flow option at

item category level.

Ex: If the item category for quotations is u201CAGNu201D, then the value will be u201C8u201D.

Hi

You can control the completion status of any preceding document throught the "Completion rule in the item category"

--- Status should get completed with first reference

-- status will get completed with complete quantity is fully reference.

Check the relevant item category and set the completion rule to update the required ststus.

Check in VOV7 in item catergory details - field " Completion rule". maintain field accordingly.
