Call a BDC from WD ABAP Application

H,

I have craeted a BDC ,and I have written a RFC to call this BDC. Now I have created a WD ABAP component and I am trying to call this BDC from WD ABAP I am getting Null object reference error . When I run this RFC from Backend it runs fine .

Please suggest if such a call is possible also if not is it a problem of calling a programme in dialog mode from WD ABAP.

Hi,

You cannot run the BDC programs in WDA. BDC are meant for teh Normal Abap and also related to dialog programing.

What is your requirement....
