Hi,

My client is in trading business of industrial products.They are importing from Australia and selling the same material in India.

For supplying the same to customer my client is making contracts.Which includes

1.quality of the product

2.Quantity of the product

3.Price

4 when to be delivered.

How I should map the same in SAP.

hi,

please use HAWA - material type which can be used for buying and seeling purpose.

please use Quantity Contract - for the same in SAP also.

1.quality of the product - MMR in description

2.Quantity of the product - order quantity

3.Price - will get automatically picked from condition records

4 when to be delivered - in sales order will pick the date automatically and you can re schedule if you want.

you can use batch to keep ur quality information and it can have connection with ur price.

hi,

Check whether its a Value based contract or Quantity based contract - they would be doing in either of one way. So take the standard contract type and do the process, other details like quality and other thing cannot be captured in contract level it has to be done during delivery process or in sales order level.
