SAP Licensing issue

Dear Expert

At the moment, Client are licensed for:

386 Professional Licences and

4701 Employee Licences.

However, Client have just acquired another business, so an influx of new users is imminent. We therefore need to give a detailed number of licences currently utilized to determine if we have enough licences in total for this new influx of staff.

Here we have ECC,E-Rec & PI system.So we run license report in these three system & consolidate witl SLAW.

Which displayed result as below.

388 Application professional users and 3333 Application employee users.

The whole purpose of this exercise is to get the licence counts down as far as possible.to assign Application employee licesne to external cndidate so other one should come down.

I have checked EREC system & found there are 6000+ active users with or without licenses.This I searched with SUIM & Reference user as RFC_cand_EXT.

Here we have to assign Application employee license to external candidate.So please advice how can generate list of external candidate & assign them Application employee license.

Here user in both ECC & EREC should be counted for license.

Plz advice if any one gone throgh this so that How we should achieve this.

I strongly suggest to contact your SAP account manager about licensing to make sure that you using the correct license.
