F4 value help error in account assignment

Hi Folks

I am in SRM 7 .0 , SP07 and i am facing error while doing F4 value help for cost center on portal under account assignment tab of shopping cart .

error message is " Accounting value help: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)". but nothing happens after logon also same error comes .

Has any body come across this error ??

check your RFCUSER has expired or not.
