Pl advise if Material PR can be assigned with material(valuation class assigned to expenses GL). As far as I know,Material PR should have material assigned with valuation class of stock GL. Pl clarify.

This sounds like a Material Management question.....as such it would not belong in the Solution Manager forum.
I would advise posting in the correct forum.
