Billing Plan - SD order

Hello all,

I have a requirement in my client to create a billing plan by quantity. At this moment I have defined the billing plan at item level, then when I try to create the billing plan in SD order I can only fill: dates, percentage and/or amount by date.

Can some one tell me how can I insert instead of an amont a quantity by date? The requirement is to insert the quantity to be billed and the system calculated the correspondent amount, by date.

Hi RB,

As you may be aware Billing plan can be either periodic or milestone billing. Billing plan is a schedule of individual billing dates for a single line item in an order. This is used mostly in Service , Maintenance or projects.

If you want to bill a customer on a certain date for the specified quantities, I suppose you should use Scheduling Agreements to fulfill your requirement.
