Report ZZRECALL_NEW source code

Hi experts,

I'm manually installing J61: Batch Recall on my system, it's required to create ZZRECALL_NEW report with source code get from 'ZZRECALL_NEW.TXT' in the installation DVD, but i don't have the DVD. So, how to get the ZZRECALL_NEW report source code? Are there any SAP notes including this report?

Could you please help me experts?
