Planning grid installation in SAPGUI 720 over Windows 7 64bits

Hello!

I'm having problems to install the i.s.h.med planning grid in my notebook with Windows 7 64bits and SAPGUI 7.20.

The installation runs OK (only manual) but when running the planning Grid issues a dump saying Exception condition "CNTL_ERROR" raised.

Do you know if there are special installation procedure for windows 7 64bits?

Hi Matias,

I had a similar problem with the planning grid. To solve it, I deinstalled and re-installed SAP GUI 7.20 and selected the planning grid in the initial option of additional components to be installed along with standard SAP GUI. After that, it worked without problems.

Hope this also solves your problem, the combination of Windows 7, 64bit and SAp GUI 7.20 should definitely work.
