BD87 just shows 279 idocs instead of all 589

Hi,

I have the following issue: I have created 589 idocs using custom ABAP program via SE38, at least that number was shown by SAP. But, when I try to see full list of these 589 idocs via BD87 - I only see 279...

I wonder is there some limitations that doesn't allow me to see full list, like display only 279 idocs? or is there any other TA that would display full list of idocs? No luck, with WE02...

I know that not-shown idocs exist, because I can see these in EDID4 table if I would manually enter next idoc number.

I need to know all idocs numbers to further play with them

Hi,

You said that you are not able to see them even in WE02. Maybe your selection conditions are restricting your data.

e.g. Created on/ Changed on date may be restirtcing the data for these IDOCs. See the created ib date for idocs missing in EDIDC table.

then try searching for the idocs for these dates. Also, remove the selection conditions from creation time field in BD87/ WE02
