value CPU = ????

You should do the sizing of the sap system that you want to install, depending of the paramteres yoy obtain a several SAP units, that will be converter for your hardware vendor as a specified machine, that you need.

This value you will get from hardware vendor only ...there are some rule to calculate ..Just for you information we are calculating 6 GB RAM for 1000 SAPS these days ..

For exact info contact your hardware vendor .
