Is it possible to move QI stock between plants while the UD is not yet executed.

Dear Venu,

Are you using batch management? If yes, consider using batch status instead of Q stock.

At GR batch status is automatically set to restricted, stock status is un-restricted.

During QA11 based on UD code, we automatically change the batch status to released.

You need to restricted MSC2N authorization to prevent non-QA folks changing the batch status.

We have batch determination rule that prevents restricted batches being used in production or customer shipment.

This option works great for us for all stock transfers before UD both using SD delivery and direct stock transfer using 301 movement.

As suggested QAC2 is the only option to move q-stock from plant to plant or s.loc to s.loc, the stock will be transfered to the destination (plant/s.loc) but the inspection lot remains at the original plant.

Dear you need to make a customized movement type with a copy of 301.
