dear Experts

We use some artificial ( fake) components in service desk. so these components are not actually seen in SAP component catalog.

we use this components to assign support team using rules and actions transaction.

when we use, windows gui transactions ( like, transaction monitor, and double click and change order) system do not check component is valid or not.

but when we use, BSP ( wep pages) screens (for example: change service order ), when we press edit, and try to save the order, system raise an error message and says "xxxxx component is not valid".

My questipn is how to prevent this error message? ( ı want to keep my fake components)

please help

regards

Hello,

How did you add the components? In table DSWP_CSNCOMP and DSWPCSNCOMPTXT?

You might want to check SAP Notes 1467304, 583443 and 388814.

Hope this helps.

hello

we did not create a component using any table update.

these are written manually when we create a support desk message.
