Problem with main window

Hi,

My smartform Main window after dynamic page break is not stating from the start of the second page

it is placing its contents from the middle of the page(second page) where i have placed main window in the first page

In the second page half of the page is blank where my secondary windows are placed

Please let me know how to resolve my poblem in order to

Continuing the second page from the starting

1. My first page has secondary window for displaying adrress details from 1cm to 10 cm which will be displayed in 1/4 of the page

2. I have checked secondary page as displayin first page only in condition

3. I have main window which is displaying from 10 cm to 20 cm

4. i have given First page as next page in form attribues

Now my problem is

1. once the mainwindow has 10 line items it is flowing to next page

2. but the line items are displaying from 10 cm ...onwards in next page

3. i want the line items to be dispalyed from start of next page i.e continution of the first page

please let me know how can i do this

Thats what i am saying...

Create one more page - say NEXTPAGE

In this page, create a main window starting at the begining, and assign this new page to FIRST page that u hv already created

As you told me i have created Second page with only one main window but it from starting from 1 cm and height as 20 cm

but still lt is leaving the space fro secondary window and displaying the line items from 10 cm ..onwards as like first page

After creating the SECONDPAGE, did you assign this page in FIRST page attributes...

1. GO to page FIRST PAGE

2. General Properties, assign NEXT page as SECOND PAGE, newly creaed page

Have you changed the page general attribute --> next page tab to Second page. do it .

Rama,

As per my understanding your created only one PAGE, with secondary windows and MAIN window starting from the middle.

Do one thing, Create one more page

FIRST PAGE - already created...

NEXT PAGE

and in NEXT page just configure one MAIN WINDOW starting at the beginning of the page.

And in FIRST PAGE under general properties tab, put the next page as NEXT - newly created page...

hi,

put ur main window and ur secondary window in a same page. then create 2 different text for 2 windows.

Hi,

Can you elaborate what exactly is ur requirement ?

Do you want your data in second page to start printing from begin of page ?

Have you specified the 2 nd page as the first page then change it , create a new 2nd page with main window in full page and then specidy the the next page of 1st page as second page.
