Automatization of VL10B, VL06 and VL02N

Hello Experts,

After creating a PO from ME21N, I need to automate the manual process of Vl10B, VL06 and VL02N for vendors returns.

As I am new in SAP,Can anybody please guide me on this?

hi,

this is to inform you that,

1. take the user exit which saves a P.O. in ME21N and assign a Ztable with the fields like:

P.O.NO. P.O. Date......STATUS - whether it got completed or not.

then after saving this values will get stored in Z table.

2. create a Zprogram with BDC or BAPI - which creates a delivery automatically and should update the status in Z table.

and schedule it for every 10 mins or basing on your requriment.
