Performance issue in Sales Order

Dear Experts,

When we create sales order it is taking around 10 min to save the order. We have checked with Basis and ABAP team but could not find any solution.

Now we have observed that when credit management is de activated, then the performance is normal and when credit management is activated it is taking long time to save.

Please suggest any SAP notes, if applicable. Client is working on 4.7

in coding:

please check if there is any INFINITI LOOP in the user exit already mentioned.

or

there might be possibility of wrong coding.

We have checked the programme. No User Exits are used.

Vishal: Basis guys are looking for any updated patches that can solve the issue.

something intresting but we also faced such kind of performance problem n the way we sorted out is to sit with BASIS team and analize the TREND whether it is happening recently or how frequently this happenes

this is to inform you that,

please check the coding in MV45AFZZ, USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.

some might have gone wrong.

please debugg and see. i know that for debugging it takes plenty of hours, but there is no other go here.

or

sit with BASIS team and sort it out

then you can find the OSS for the same.
