Hi,

I want to use BAPI_PATIENT_CREATE to create patient master but i cant find anywhere in the parameters where to pass the value for Comment field.

Dear Yoly,

the comment field in the BAPI_PATIENT_CREATE is currently not supported.

However, we also offer Enterprise Services covering a more comprehensive scope for objects in SAP Patient Management. You can find details here: [http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ESpackages/Patient%20Administration |http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/ESpackages/Patient%20Administration] for the ADT related Enterprise Services.

For example the Enterprise Service Create Patient also offers the possibility of passing a note which then would end up in the comment field of the SAP Patient Management's Patient master record.
