Sales employees targets.

Hi All

How to map targets to sales employees,

sales executive

team leader - 5 sales executives works under a team leader

area manager - 4 team leaders works under an area manager

sales manager - 4 area managers works under a sales manager.

Hi,

As balaji told you need to check with HR.& one more advise also from me.

1. sales Managers - You can define as Sales group

2.Team Lead and ASM you can define separate partner functions Standard is PE and partner type PE(Personnel Number)

the above you can assign in Customer Master record & you can get the report by using partner functions in VF05 (once you need to do config in Spro> SD>Billing >List> Set updating & define selection criteria)

Or you can generate a new Zreport

hi,

i understand your requriment,

in SPRO- sales and distribution - business partners - there is an option called sales employee with out HR.

but in documentation part it is saying HR master record is compulsory.

please check with HR module whether setting sales target for employee or not.

because i have checked it and from your end you please check teh same and confirm.
