Trip Per Diems

Hi All,

Our client has a requirement of meals per diems. The per diems rates are based on the countries where they travel. They have grouped the countries together and have come down to 4 different groups as the same per diem rates apply.

I understand that in table T706V, the configuration can be done as per countries. However, since the same rates & same conditions apply to many countries, is there any way I can group these countries together and do the configuration of per diems.

Please advise.

Hi,

What you can do is to create country groups and add countries to the respective country groups.

E.G. create a Country group as " European" and all the countries related to European into that group. Then you would be able to assign the per diem rates for meals to 4 country groups as per the client requirements.
