Hello,
In SM20 I have a lot of alerts RFC/CPIC Logon Failed, Reason = 1, Type = F, user sapsys, client 000, program SAPMSSY1, that are generating very often, every hour I have 1, 2 alerts.
Can you help me to solve this issue?

is this with Dialog or background? Check the work process trace that it points to in Sm21.
The trace points to a dialog process with the error name or password incorrect (repeat logon)
can you then paste the work process trace where this is mentioned?

Yes a note is mentioned in this thread: 683417, but this is not relevant for my problem.
I do not get any messages in sm21 regarding this problem.

can you please double click on the error message text in SM20, you will get one popup window which will tell what went wrong.

RFC:
The call check of a function module in a function group was not successful, that is, the user is not allowed to call the function module.
CPIC:
A CPI-C communication partner could not be logged on.

If this is happening every hour then can you please trace is there any background job at the same time?
I am afraid that I have already checked for background processes running at this time but nothing. It is something that is running in dialog.
Probably could be something at os level.

If you have windows then check the scheduler and in UNIX check crontab -l (for <SID>adm and ora<SID>)

The best thing to do is set a trace on the user ID and collect the information.

I will suggest you to upgrade kernel to latest , i have seen this error woth older kernel patch.
