Confirmation stuck in status I1017 Currently Being Transfered

Hi Experts,

At our end some confirmations FOR GOODS ITEMS are showing in "Currently being transferred" status. When I checked the IDoc for the goods confirmation everything look okay and IDoc has posted to backend. Good receipt document has been generated.

But the confirmation in SRM still shows Currently being transferred. This is an extended classis scenario (SRM5.0).

Due to this users are not able to see the delete button in the confirmation.

Firstly what causes the confirmation to remain in "Currently being transferred" status ?

If you have any suggestions to get these into "posted in backend' status or any SAP notes to prevent this from happening would be highly appreciated.

Hi

Normally the status must change when really GR happened "posted in backend" .

Check any record exists in this table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.

Check Object links are establised correctly or not in the BBP_PD confirmation.

or run BBP_GET_STATUS2 / CLEAN_reqreq_up ...is it happening only for one confirmation due to some data in consistency.

No.. this is not reproducable

the clean req req and the get status jobs are running fine.

but, 70% of the confirmations are stuck in this "Currently being tranfered" status.

You must explore more since this confuse more business operations.You need specail attention here. we can not simply ignore..

what type of POs have this issue?

Can you send bbp_pd confirmation - currently being transfered and backend posted so two files send it to meee.

we can explore more.
