We have a three system SAP EHP 1 for SAP NetWeaver 7.1 landscape. We are implementing CCMS monitoring in this. We are struck at the point of registering the agents. We are aware that there is no SAPCCMSR agent required from NW 7.1 onwards. So, we have started registering SAPCCM4X agent in Development system.
Upon trying to register, we are getting the below error message.
INFO: CCMS agent sapccm4x config file is /usr/sap/X42/DVEBMGS42/log/sapccm4x/csmconf
INFO: Central Monitoring System is [I41]. (found in config file)
INFO: No agent running (no actual pid, no actual shared memory)
We could not start the SAPCCM4X agent. Please help on this issue.
System Details: OS = OS/400 (IBM-i)
