F5 Key is not working in Handheld device

Hi all,

we are using bartec mc9090 hand held device. f5 function key is not working in the RF device but its working in SAP from PC.

Is any setting is required in the device. Pls advice. but F1, F2, F3s are working.

we have the same problem with MC9090. All function keys work propertly except F5. Did you solve it??

we faced the sample problem, it's caused by wavelink version, you need upgrade to new wavelink version (7.1x above).

The bad news is version 7.1x above you need pay licence, while MC9090 pre-installed version is version 7.0x and which is free.

Updates to previouse post, we managed to work F5 key by maintain Key Marco as below, even with Wavelink version 7.0x :

Hi Arun,

Please check Device Configuration Setting required?

Either Its required some setting or check the F key setting in the SAP.
