Change Pointer not trigger in different client

Hi folks,

I have a HR golden client and a HR test client.

Both are the same box but different instance.

I manage to get the change pointer works for HRMD IT2001 for golden client but not for the test client.

As the settings for change pointer are cross-client except transaction BD64, could someone points out if there are anything which are client independent that I have missed out?
