Failed to update the report (WIS_30286)

Hi.

Faced with the problem. I created a report in Webi and exported it to InfoView. Also exported Universe (Bex Query). And when I click refresh - is presented a message "You do not have access to one or more data providers. Will be updated only data providers to which you have access. (WIS_30286)".

Please help me understand this.

Today, i had the same issue on Webi which is multisource SQL server 12 and Excel.

When i have opened the report, refresh.

Got the same error.

To fix this, opened the report in modify mode, check the tab that connected to Excel source.

Open that Tab

On left hand side - Check the Source Path (even though it shows as conencted)

Click on the ... to open the source

Repoint to that Source

Apply changes and close (you will see on right top corner drop down beside close)

Run the report, it works like charm

No, not tried. When you upgrade using a fixed user name and password.

Sorry I do not understand your reply.

I guess that you are using a fixed username and password in the universe connection. Would it be possible to try to run the report as administrator?

Are you using SSO or a fixed username and password in your universe?
