Cannot import certificate

Hi,

i need to configure a SSLWebService with client authentication.

From our business partner i have recieved my client certificate. No i need to import it in transaction STRUST. I create new certtificate request with the same data i recieved in my cert, but after this i cannot install the certificate because of message "Cannot import certificate response".

Now, can i install my client certificate without generating request? Or can i import a request? I'm almost sure, that i'm unable to import my certificate, because it's not connected to the request created in SAP. Unfortunetly it's not possible to generate certificate from my request.

How can i solve this?

thanks for the link, but it didn't answer my question.

I'm asking if it is possible, to import client certificate without generating request in SAP, or import my own request into SAP.

In this link there's no answer for this.

yes, you should be able to import other singed certificates not generated in SAP.

I see that you don't understand what i'm writting.

1) Can i import certificate response WITHOUT generating certificate request?

OR

2) Can I import my own certifcate request into SAP and then import certificate response?

No without generating certificate request, we can't get the certificate which will match for your client certificate.
