Hi,

We are in migration of CCM 2.0 to SRM MDM.

We have uploaded the catalogs in MDM and configured in SPRO.

Now catalogs are available in Portal side. But when adding the items to shopping cart , we are getting error in portal side.

Hi Venkatesh.

I would advise you to contact SAP since you are getting Null Pointer Exception.

BTW Which SP and Patch of catalog are you using? If you are not using the latest one upgrade to the latest one.

Hi Venkat.

Null Pointer Exception occurs if the expected value is missing in any of the tables. If you have less data in the repository try to check once if you have all the lookup tables(currency, supplier, prod groups etc), main table values are filled with in. If you could not find it then the best option would be to raise a OSS message with SAP.

Best Regards
