RF disconnection on ITS integrated

Hello,

if for any reason an RF is disconnected either due to network coverage or battery, when it is reconnected, it cannot continue at the point the failure happened but it needs to start from the beginning. Is there any solution in order to continue at the point that the disconnection took place (something like keep session alive in telnet structure with controller).

Hello Christophe, If the browser process is killed (ie: battery dead) then there is no way to continue. If the network disconnects and reconnects then it may be possible in some cases to use refresh to continue.

If the ITS sessions is interrupted because of network connection, we asked the users to refresh the screen with the F5 key to continue working. If the device has to be shutdown because of battery change then they will have to start again.
