Short dumps in SRM 7.0

Hi All,

After the upgrade we are getting lot of dumps saying that when checked i can see the service till sap/bc/webdynpro/sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_oif but not undefined.What should we doing about this dump.Thanks.

An exception occurred which is explained in detail below.

The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_WD_GENERAL', was not caught and

therefore caused a runtime error.

The reason for the exception is:

WebDynpro Exception: ICF service node

"/sap/bc/webdynpro/sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_oif/undefined" does not exist (see SAP Note

1109215).

When i click on the test service i get a URL and when i enter the credentials i get the below message.

Error application is coming up.

Hi,

Please check this error with your BASIS team. ICF node is inactive .check the oss nots : 1109215

(or) please check with your ABAP webdynpro people.

In the portal if time out is happening after an application is clicked for ex create shopping cart you will face this error

Hi,

The icf destination mentioned has been as undefined.how can the destination be named as undefined.Surely somewhere program must be picking this.Is there a note.Thanks.

Hi,

We are getting the same error in ST22.

Our dumps have:

ICF service node "/sap/bc/webdynpro/sapsrm/wda_l_fpm_gaf/undefined" does not exist (see SAP 1109215).

or

ICF service node "/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/powl/undefined" does not exist (see SAP Note 1109215).

The users doesn't report any errror or dump, so they are not experiencing any problem with the UI.

However we see in ST22 that a user can have e.g. 10 dump within 30 sec.

The other funny thing is that we can see the end of the workhours from the ST22, after office close there is no dump!

I didn't find any usuful in the logs at the moment. We will start the detailed system traces (ICM and workprocess) next monday.

Do you have any feedback from SAP?

I haven't found any related notes in OSS.

Pls. let us know when you find a solution on this issue.
