ChaRM: System Change Option

Hi Team,

I have configured ChaRM in Sol Man system. In transaction "/n/tmwflow/cmsconf", in tab "System Change Option", i am not getting the system details. How to bring the systems in this transaction? Any background jobs to be scheduled?

Note: I have not created the maintenance cycle in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN. After creating the maintenance cycle, will the system details appear in /n/tmwflow/cmsconf transaction?

Hi,

First go to SMSY and press button "Read system data

remote" for all systems with issue.

(In SMSY please verify if the client role is correct as per CHARM setup client role definition)

After that run /TMWFLOW/CONFIG_BATCH_GET again and verify the result in /TMWFLOW/CMSCONF.

Do you mean to say the role in SCC4 (in satellite system) should match the role in SMSY?

The problem Solved. By changing the system role IN SCC4 in satellite systems, the problm solved.
