MM-SUS Scenario with PO attachment transfer.

Hi

we have MM_SUS and SUS-MM scenario.

PO is created at ERP-MM(EHP4) from SRM7.0-EBP(SC) following with approvals and RFx response.

Now this PO having attachments needs to transfer SRM-SUS.Its transferred thru IDOC ORDERS02.

we have PI installed too.

But PO item attachments are not passing from MM to SUS. I searched the forum and

found SAP Note 780923 - SRM40-SUS: Attachments in plan-driven procurement

But i could not understand what should be done exactly.

Badi BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADI has to be implemented?

and how the SUS-MM scenario can be handled?

Please advice.

Are you able to get the PO header attachment? if yes, you already have the SAP note in place.

Please use the same BADI - BBP_SAPXML1_IN_BADI interface - PURCHASEORDER_SUS to retive the line level attachments.

You have to enhance your code to retrive the PO line attachment.

Hi,

With SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 you should be using XML based interface in MM_SUS instead of Idocs. In XML based interface you should be able to send attachments.

I know standard IDOC orders02 cannot send the File attachment.

Is there anyway i can send the file from MM(PO)-SUS(PO info).

File trying to send are Pdf/excel/word etc i saw sdn discussions looks like trying with ABAP Proxy or IDOC enhancement.

Anybody know about BPM Method to solve this problem.

Pls confirm
