CDP Class on Prod Master not populated

Hi All,

We are using CDP. When I CIF over products from ECC, in certain cases the Prod Master classification tab is getting populated with the "CDP Class" value same as the ECC Class 300 class. On the other hand, in certain "other" cases (different class), the Prod Master does not get populated with the CDP Class value, even though the Class on the ECC Matl master (classification value) exists.

The 2nd class already existed on the SCM side, I made some additions to the char's of the class, not sure if thats causing any issues. Any notes to that end anyone knows of?

Hi,

Have you transfered additional charcteristics and class again to APO. Check whether class in APO and ECC is matching exactly.

If yes then try initial transfer of product master using rimodini?
