how to find PO change document

Hi All,

We are using SRM 5.0 ECS. We started BI reporting and currently in search of tables - Header and Item.

I am specing a Encumberance report(PO activity) which includes Orginal Amount and Current PO Amount (both for header and Item levels).

I can see change Document in BBP_PD and from transactional view(PO history- Version). But I am not able to link the tables to retrieve old value and new value. I am trying to use BBP_PDHGP, CDHDR (ECC table) and BBP_PDAD_V but not able to connect the tables.

Suggestions are welcome. The objective here is to find how to retrieve original PO value when PO was created and last/latest PO value change(lastest version change).

Hi,

You can try using fm's BBP_PD_ALL_GET_DIFF or CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ.
