CTM run not creating any Planned Order

Dear friends,

When I execute the CTM planning run, it doesn't create any planned order. It's not giving any error either. There are couple of sales orders and also the demand forecast PIR in future. I have setup the CTM profile completely, specifying Demand Prioritisation, Supply Categorization and all other required parameter. It has an SNP PPM. Location Product master procurement is setup with E - inhouse production.

FYI, When I run SNP Heuristic, system generates the planned orders for all the requirements without any problem.

Hi,

1.Check the lot size interval of the SNP PPM ( used for selecting the SOS) and the Lot size maintained in the Product master( used

for creating the Orders with Demand qty.

2. Do a consistency check for theMaster data.

3. Check for the Resource Utilization.

4.Check in the master data selection profile whether all the components of the source of supply are included.

Hi Nandha,

Thank you for your help. Source of supply was not maintained for the lowest level in assembly.
