Unable to backup

Windows server 2008

SAP systems :- AP3 , EA3

I are still facing problem with the maxdb (full+log) backup on AP3 system. Commvault team(Backup and Storage team) has removed the pre and post scripts from the sql storage policy but i are still receiving the same error.

As per the below information from the kernel error log, , the backup file is getting created but it cannot be opened for write access, also gives the message that the file or directory is corrupted.

I tried to take log backup on only F drive(no subfolder) but still its unsuccessful, however log backup on C drive completes successfully. I compared the permissions of users on C drive and F drive but could not find any difference, also checked with F drive of other system whose it's successful , still no difference.

Do let me know who's issue is this related to is it Backup and storage team or Windows team or SAP Basis team?

Can anyone help me on this issue?

The issue with the permission on F:\ folder, make sure your <SID>adm has full access to f:\ drive.

LC3_LOG.111 .

Check if the file is only a read-only access. Right click on that file and change the settings to full access .
