Pick list to the Printer manually & Automatically

Hi Experts,

Please tell me the process to do the following :

1) Directing the pick list to the printer automatically

2) Directing the pick list to the printer manually.

The print setting for the old SD picking (EK00 etc) are accessed in V/23. Not sure about manual control - other than using the spool and printing from there.
